Your data at Greetkeep.

What we collect on greetkeep.com, why, how long we keep it, and who owns it. Last updated 18 October 2026.

What we collect

  • How you use the site and Otto. The pages you view, the tour stops you reach, the questions you type to Otto and the buttons you press. A random id that lasts until you close the tab ties these together. This doesn't include your name, email or phone number.
  • Where you came from. The website or ad that sent you, and whether you're on a phone or a computer.
  • What you send us. If you book a call or message us, the details you type in, like your name, email and website.

Why we collect it

To see where visitors get stuck, so we can improve the site and Otto, and to reply when you get in touch. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Cookies and similar storage

We keep a few small values in your browser: the random id above, whether Otto has already said hello, and your cookie choice. If you're in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, we only collect usage data after you press Accept.

How long we keep it

Usage data is kept for 90 days. After that we keep only daily totals, which can't be traced back to you. Messages and booking details are kept while we're in touch, and deleted when you ask.

Where it's stored

In our database at Supabase and on our hosting at Cloudflare.

On our clients' websites

When we run Otto on a client's website, the data about that site's visitors belongs to the client. We store it to run and improve their Otto, and use only anonymous, combined figures for anything else. When a client leaves, we hand their data over and delete our copy within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, and give visitors in Europe the rights the GDPR sets out.
